Jagwine family and friends, Meet Mr. Purushothaman Sandrasakaran, also known as Chef Puru. Our new Head Chef.

Chef Puru has always been passionate about international cuisine and has travelled many places in Europe which makes him more determined on how we will make one dish a special one.

Started his Singapore Chef Career in 2007, Chef Puru has worked in many great restaurant such as Swensen, Lawrys The Prime Rib and Reddot to name a few. He is specialized in his steaks and pasta . Setting his family as an inspiration that help him to become a better person with a simple goal which is to make everyone happy and satisfied on the food the he prepared.

Chef Puru created a new menu for Jagwine and will be ready in the first week of September 2016, It include a whole lot of new dishes such as Tapas, Salad, Pasta, Pizza, Meats and Seafood.

We hope to welcome you soon for a sumptuous Dinner at Jagwine.
